Logan is ideally located between Brisbane, Ipswich and the Gold Coast, and has easy access to the national highway and rail networks.
Logan has more than 1,100 environmental and recreational parks, exercise facilities, play equipment and skate ramps. There are pristine bushland reserves and wetlands, as well as manicured waterfront parks along the Logan River. The Daisy Hill State Forest and Daisy Hill Koala Centre is a popular place to enjoy the bush and its wildlife.

Logan has a range of attractions that capture the city's history and cultural diversity. Visitors can step back in time at Logan's oldest home, Mayes Cottage, in Kingston, which has been converted into a house museum circa 1930s, or they can wander through the tranquil gardens of the Chung Tian Buddhist Temple at Priestdale, tucked away in a natural bushland setting.

McNevins Motel is located approximately 15 minutes from Dream World, Movie World and Outback Spectacular. With SeaWorld only a 30 minute drive away and with many other great attractions nearby it makes Loganholme the perfect base for activities galore!

Cable Ski Logan
You can learn how to wake-board at one of only four cable water ski parks in Australia. They cater for all levels, from complete beginner to advanced. All safety instruction, coaching and equipment is provided to make your experience as enjoyable as possible and it's all included in the one price.

Carbrook Golf Club
The Carbrook Golf Club is situated on the banks of the Logan River in Brisbane's southern outskirts and only 15 minutes from McNevin's Loganholme Motel. Set amongst 92 hectares of natural bushland, the course provides a great challenge for golfers of all standards.

Sirromet Winery
Only 20 mins from the Motel is one of Queensland's great wineries. With wine tastings, cellar door sales and many amazing concerts and events, Sirromet Winery is an attraction that is not to be missed.

Historic Old Beenleigh Town
The Beenleigh Historical Village has over 20 buildings on site with historical significance. They include the original church, school, boot-makers shop, railway station, post office, jail, council chambers, and several old cottages.

A common stop over for travellers is the Yatala Pie shop, which has been in operation for more than 130 years. Both sweet and savoury pies and pastries are on offer.

Tiger Prawn Farm
While passing through the history rich sugar cane fields of the Northern Gold Coast, you will receive a guided tour on the historic area before being guided through the prawn farm.
